Is there any upfront cost?
No. Registration is completely free and we don't ask for a credit card. There is only a cost when a move is completed and paid.
What if the client cancels?
If the move is cancelled before it takes place, there is no commission. We only charge when a move is successfully completed.
How and when do I receive payment?
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. After move confirmation, the amount (85%) is transferred to your bank account in 2 to 5 business days.
Can I get more requests with good reviews?
Yes. Txipe's algorithm prioritises movers with higher ratings and a complete profile. Good service = more visibility.
