How do I cancel a request?

You can cancel up to 24h before the move at no cost. Go to your request and click "Cancel request".

Is my payment secure?

Yes. The amount is held in escrow and only released after you confirm the move went well.

How do I open a dispute?

You have 48h after the move to open a dispute. Go to your request and click "Open dispute".

When do I receive payment as a mover?

After move confirmation, Stripe transfers 85% of the value in 2–5 business days.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your profile and click "Delete account". Your data is permanently removed.
